Grandparents' Rights
Phoenix Grandparent Rights Attorney
In some cases, it may be possible for grandparents to obtain visitation rights with a child, though by no means is this guaranteed. As with all other custody and visitation matters however, the Court must find that granting grandparent rights is in the "best interests of the child".
Singer Pistiner P.C. is a family law firm that helps grandparents assert their rights. We work to obtain visitation rights for grandparents, establish guardianships and conservatorships, and in some circumstances, obtain full custody of their grandchildren.

Grandparent Rights and the Law
Arizona takes a more expansive attitude toward grandparent rights than do some other states.
Generally speaking, there are three circumstances when it may be possible to assert grandparent rights:
- If the marriage of the parents has been dissolved for at least three months
- If one parent has been missing or deceased for at least three months
- If the child was born out of wedlock
Even when one of these conditions is present however, the Court must decide that grandparent visitation is in the best interests of the child. Singer Pistiner P.C. will be your strong advocate. We will assert your rights and work to achieve your visitation or custody goals.
Your grandchild deserves the love and support that a grandparent can provide. The goal of Singer Pistiner P.C. will be to obtain grandparent rights for you — so that you can enjoy a meaningful relationship with your grandchild.
